I turned 28 in California after a week long road trip from Nashville to Los Angeles with dear friends. I've seen more of America this year than I ever thought I would. I moved to a new city, played about 80 shows, wrote songs I'm so proud of, made friends that I cherish, and gave myself permission to try everything I'd been a bit too scared to try. The payoff has been magical. Oh, what a world - can't believe I'm here to witness it. (Thanks to @spaceenat and @myylomusic, who put me in their cars and showed me their hometown and snuck away to get me this bomb af dessert 🙌🏻)

So casual! So unplanned! Writing with my friends @kevinveatch and @jennywylder a few weeks back. We laughed hard and posed harder and it was a blast.
We sang, we wrote, we danced, we laughed, we cried, we did handstands, and we became family over five days in Nashville. Can't believe the amount of great songs that came out of this week. So grateful to @judystakee for creating such a beautiful environment to make music in! ❤️✨
